BIOGRAPHY

Hiteshwar is an Associate Lawyer practising Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law. He is licensed in Alberta and British Columbia and is known for his client-focused, compassionate approach to guiding individuals through complex legal matters.

He began his professional career as a constituency assistant for a Member of Parliament. He holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and completed his legal education in the United Kingdom. Upon returning to Canada, he trained in Edmonton under the mentorship of a senior practitioner and successfully completed the CPLED bar admission program.

During his articles, Hiteshwar appeared before the Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice, working on criminal law and personal injury matters. He is passionate about advocating for his clients’ rights and supporting families through difficult transitions.
